• Blindness and low vision habilitation and rehabilitation services for individuals of all ages, from infants to older adults, enabling full participation in daily activities and independent living. 

• Educational information and guidance for families and professionals to make the physical, social, educational and work environments accessible and inclusive for people with various forms of visual impairment.

• Learning support and counseling with specialization in visual impairment, focusing on its pedagogical and learning implications, as well as on the implementation of appropriate strategies, methods, and educational tools, so that every child and student with visual impairment can learn and develop to their full potential.

• Promoting awareness and understanding of Cerebral or Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI) to support early identification and appropriate intervention for children with CVI.
